Awesomeness!

Was not expecting the most badass guitar work, how did you record it anyway? That's an awesome tone. Props on the excellent work :)

Intense!

Especially dig the switch up at about 01:00, and much respect to Soulfy, Sepultura and Max Calavera; props.

Waves?

This song has seen too much attention as far as I'm concerned. There are much more interesting pieces scattered all across the audio portal.

That being said, I'm not a fan of the proverbial "classical" music. I'm trained in it, but I hate it; it's corny. It's style was developed over four-hundred years ago, for the western-European culture of that time. I feel my piano, I feel my music, I feel nothing when I listen to this. I feel a lack of anything at all. Perhaps that's the point. If it is, I regret rating this a 9/10 and not giving it an official NG "vote" at all. It is a stifling of this artists ability, that much seems apparent to me, and that is the reason I refuse to rate it accordant to the 0-5 scale.

That being said, quit whoring yourself out. Write something that means something to you, and if you have, I will find it, and I will praise you for it. This, however, this...this is a job. I can tell. You get 9/10 and I will not attempt to affect your official rating,

I wouldn't consider this classical at all. It's not. Other then the fact it uses organic sounds only it doesn't really sit with anything in that era. However it was the closest thing I could find in the genre list.

Where it lands on the charts is out of my control. The people voted and got it where it is and while I would agree that I didn't think it would get this much attention I am in no position to be telling people how they feel about it.

I'm thankful and grateful it got this far though.

I'm sorry to hear you felt nothing from the piece. We can never create the perfect song and can't aim to please everybody. Maybe next time :).

Take care.

Hmm...

Better mastering, better VSTs, better sources are required to mark this as a higher rating. Musicologically, it is beautiful. However, the whores as abundant as they are in this community, and indeed the world, would require certain aspects of this song be different than they are in order to consider it produce-able and capable of mass popularity. I dig it, but it requires further refinement to stand among the 5's; I give you 4/5 8/10

Um...hmm

This is one of those guilty pleasure moments, like when nobody wants to admit that they like ABBA because they sound silly, but you just can't help it...Dancing Queen is such a good song dude, lol. The big break out at 0:56 seems muffled to me...otherwise the dude abides, I think this is a great example of a house track, that has a superb hi-quality mastering job and an interesting orchestration.

I dig it

Awesome! Great recording, awesome personalities! Thanks for sharing :-D

Thank you very much! Glad you liked it!

Cool

Pretty cool sequencing!

Trance?

Creepy, eerie, electronic, I dig it. I think it could use some tuning...so to speak, heh. Maybe just a more musicologic approach in it's construction, but its a neat concept. Especially dig the end, would've liked to hear more of that riff throughout the song. I don't think it's very trancy though...

Psychedelic-Mind responds:

I have since put it into the Miscellaneous category. Thank you for your review.

Sounds like judas preist high on quaaludes trying to rip off AC/DC and twisted sister at the same time.

mhb responds:

i know right!

Pretty...

Its beautiful, and reminiscent of rachmaninov and satie. I dig it, but I have to ask the question, did you actually play this? It sounds too perfect to be just a performance without any corrections made in a sequencer after the fact.
